About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Estadia website (the "Site") operated by Estadia Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17202719, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Estadia", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. The terms that govern your use of the Estadia service once you become a customer are set out in a separate service agreement signed at onboarding.
About Estadia
Estadia is a software service that automates the submission to SES.Hospedajes of the two communications required under Royal Decree 933/2021: the booking record ("reserva de hospedaje") and the traveller report ("parte de viajeros"). The Site is where we describe what we do and let prospective customers get in touch.
Getting started
We set up every customer account manually. There is no self-service signup. When you send us a contact form we reply to schedule a setup call. No obligation arises until you and we sign the service agreement.
Fees
Prices shown on the Site are indicative and quoted in euros. They become contractual only once reflected in the service agreement signed at onboarding. Taxes are added where applicable.
Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to access it by automated means beyond normal browsing, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or unsolicited content. The contact form is for genuine enquiries. Submissions that are commercial spam or attempt to compromise our systems may be blocked and reported.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, text, images, logos, product mockups, source code, visual design, is owned by Estadia or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the pages. You may not reproduce substantial portions, reuse them commercially or present them as your own.
Personal data
How we handle personal data you share through the Site is described in our Privacy policy. Those rules form part of these terms.
Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Site is provided for general orientation and does not constitute legal advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Estadia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site will be submitted to the courts of London, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a different forum, in which case that law applies.
