SES for your PMS

SES.Hospedajes when your PMS doesn't file the parte de viajeros

If the software you manage bookings with — your PMS, or property management system — doesn't file the parte de viajeros with SES.Hospedajes, you don't need to switch. Estadia is the SES filing layer that runs alongside the PMS you already use: it reads your bookings via iCal and lets you file each communication with one click.

§ 01

Your PMS already has the bookings. The SES filing is missing.

Many PMSs handle calendars, pricing and guest messaging but don't file the mandatory communications with SES.Hospedajes — or do it in a way that doesn't fit how you work. The result is the same: bookings live in your PMS and you end up filing with SES by hand on the Ministry portal. Estadia covers exactly that gap. It doesn't replace your PMS: it sits alongside it and handles only the SES.Hospedajes part.

§ 02

How it connects: the iCal link

The connection is a calendar link. Most PMSs and channels — including Airbnb and Booking.com — publish an iCal link with your bookings. You copy that link, paste it into Estadia, and from then on every new booking appears automatically. There's no technical integration to build and no API to code: if your PMS exports iCal, Estadia reads it. Onboarding is a 30-minute call where we get your first property connected with you.

§ 03

The two clocks run independently of your PMS

Royal Decree 933/2021 requires two communications per stay: the booking record, within 24 hours of the booking, and the guest record, within 24 hours of check-in. Estadia manages both clocks regardless of what your PMS does. The Today screen surfaces each filing at the right moment and reminds you before the deadline runs out. Your PMS keeps handling pricing, calendars and guests; Estadia makes sure the Ministry receives what it needs to receive, on time.

§ 04

You don't change PMS or how you work

The proposition is deliberately narrow: Estadia is not a PMS and doesn't want to be. It doesn't handle pricing, marketing or payments. It does one thing — filing with SES.Hospedajes — alongside the tool you already know. You keep going into your PMS for everything else; for the SES part you go into Estadia, or not even that: the Today screen tells you what's missing and one click resolves it. As your operation grows, SES filing doesn't get harder: add the property, paste its iCal link, done.

Frequently asked questions

SES alongside your PMS: most asked

Do I have to drop my PMS to use Estadia?

No. Estadia runs alongside your PMS, not instead of it. Your PMS keeps handling calendars, pricing and guests; Estadia only handles filing with SES.Hospedajes. There's nothing to migrate.

Does it work with any PMS?

It works with any PMS or channel that publishes an iCal calendar link with your bookings, which is nearly all of them. Airbnb and Booking.com do it directly too. If your tool exports iCal, Estadia can read its bookings.

What if my PMS already does something with SES.Hospedajes?

If your PMS already files communications with SES and it works well for you, you don't need Estadia. Estadia's filing layer is for operators who don't have that feature, or have it in a way that forces manual work. Tell us how you do it today on the 30-minute call and we'll tell you frankly whether it adds anything.

What about direct bookings that don't come through the PMS?

Direct bookings — those that don't arrive via an iCal channel — are created by hand in Estadia in seconds. The pre-check-in form and the SES filing work the same as for an imported booking.

Do I need technical knowledge to connect the iCal?

No. Copying and pasting a link is all it takes, and we do it with you on the onboarding call. Nothing to install, and no PMS settings to touch beyond locating its calendar link.
