The connection is a calendar link. Most PMSs and channels, including Airbnb and Booking.com, publish an iCal link with your bookings. You copy that link, paste it into Estadia, and from then on every new booking appears automatically. There's nothing technical to build or program: if your PMS exports iCal, Estadia reads it. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires two filings per stay: the booking record, within 24 hours of the booking, and the guest record, within 24 hours of check-in.
